Spatiotemporal Variations in Summertime Ground-Level Ozone around Gasoline Stations in Shenzhen between 2014 and 2020

Ground-level ozone has become the primary air pollutant in many urban areas of China. Oil vapor pollution from gasoline stations accelerates generation ground-level ozone, especially densely populated with high demands for transportation. An accurate spatiotemporal distribution concentrations (GOCs) around is urgently needed. However, GOCs vary sharply over short distances, increasing need at a high-spatial resolution. Thus, resolution (i.e., 1 km) concentration retrieval model based on GLM and BME method was developed to obtain daily characteristics GOCs. The hourly records provided by national quality monitoring multiple geospatial datasets were used as input data. exhibited satisfactory performance (R2 = 0.75, RMSE 10.86 µg/m3). derived show that levels their adjacent (1~3 km away stations) significantly higher than citywide average level, this phenomenon gradually eased distance stations. findings indicate special attention should be given prevention control exposure risks human settlements activity near
